[BELOW POSTED IS A MAP IN CIRCULATION OVER THE INTERNET BY SOME INDIANS WHO SEEM TO BE POLITICALLY COLSE TO - THE BJP - BHARATIYA JANATPA PARTY OF INDIA AND WHO WISH TO CHASE AWAY THE RULING CONGRESS PARTY FROM NEW DELHI , APPARENTLY IN THE NAME OF RELIGION. THEY HAVE A SLOGAN ALSO WHICH READS: CONGRESS KO BHAGAO AUR DESH KO BACHAO ( CHASE AWAY CONGRESS AND SAVE THE COUNTRY). HISTORICAL DATES SHOWN IN THE MAP ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. THE DATES AND TEXT ARE VERY MUCH PROVOCATIVE, WHICH BASICALLY UNDERMINE THE SOVEREIGNTY AND INDEPENDENCE OF COUNTRIES LIKE: BANGLADESH AND NEPAL , HOWEVER, SOMETHING FALSE ABOUT BHUTAN AND TIBET HAVE ALSO BEEN WRITTEN. WE HAD YESTERDAY, SENT THE MAP IN EMAIL TO OUR READERS WHOSE COMMENTS ARE POSTED BELOW. THANKS.]
DEAR ALL,
HE BUILT FOUR STUPAS AT FOUR CARDINAL DIRECTIONS IN KATHMANDU VALLEY . THIS IS ARCHAEOLOGICAL EVIDENCE.
SO THIS WOULD BE A GROSS MISTAKE TO IMAGINE THAT NEPAL WAS CEDED FROM INDIA AFTER 1904 AS YOUR MAP SHOWS BELOW. IT IS VERY UNWISE TO PUBLICIZE SUCH MAPS OR IMAGES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
SO, PLEASE READ THIS POST OF YESTERDAY HOW A PAKISTANI BRIGADIER GENERAL HAS MISINTERPRETED DATA AND ALSO READ HERE HOW INDIAN INTELLECTUALS HAVE ACCUSED PAKISTAN OF SPONSORING TERRORISM.
THESE KINDS OF 'HARSH AND OPPOSITE WRITINGS' BY INTELLECTUALS AND ACCOMPLISHED PROFESSIONALS MISLEAD THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND WHICH ALWAYS CREATE PROBLEMS.
WE TRY TO BRING SUCH ISSUES FOR A HEALTHFUL DIALOGUE. YOU MAY WRITE ARTICLES AND COMMENTS AS WELL.

Dear Sir,
It is simply ridiculous to say that Nepal was CEDED FROM INDIA AFTER 1904 . Nepal was never a part of India nor Britain . She has maintained her sovereignty throughout the history. So, such type of historical distortion must be the creation of imperialistic feudal minds and outcome of a big brotherly attitude of Nepal 's barbarian neighbour. People who do not know history first must go through with it and then argue. There are no any historical or archaeological evidence to support such preposterous ideas. I believe that even a true historian from India will never confirm with such hypothesis. The corrupt politicians, orthodox religious leaders and those lacking intellectual exposure always create such misleading thoughts.
Therefore, I humbly request all those concerned to come forward with historical evidence to support their claim.
Thank you
